City Colleges Executive Director of Career Development and Success Maria Gutierrez has been selected as a recipient of the 2025 Illinois Career Development Association (ICDA) Advocacy Award. This award recognizes people, organizations, and businesses that demonstrate a commitment to career development education.
Maria received multiple nominations for her outstanding contributions and lasting impact in college and university career centers throughout her career. Her dedication to empowering City Colleges students and advancing the field of career development has made a meaningful impact.
The award will be presented at an awards banquet this month.
