Harold Washington: FAFSA/ Illinois Alternate Application Workshops

Financial Aid professionals will be available virtually and in-person to assist you in completing FAFSA/Alternative Applications. 

Items you will need to complete the FAFSA:

• Most recent taxes and W-2s (parent(s) and student) (2023)
• FSA ID (parent(s) and student)
•  Social Security Number /Alien Registration Number (if applicable)
• Record of untaxed income such as: child support, information of cash, saving and checking account
• Dependent students will have to provide parent(s) info

Items you will need to complete alternative application:

• Most recent tax forms (if you filed taxes)
• Username and password (parent(s) and student)
• Your parent’s 2023 tax forms (if applicable)
• Record of untaxed income such as: child support received, interest income, and veteran benefits, information of cash, saving and checking account
