• FSA ID (parent (s) and student)
• Alien registration number record of untaxed income such as: child support received, interest income, and veteran benefits
• Information of cash; saving and checking account
• Dependent students will have to provide parent(s) info.

Items you will need to complete Alternative Application:

• Your 2022 tax forms (if you filed taxes) username and password (parent(s) and student)
• Your parents 2022 tax forms (if applicable)
• Record of untaxed income such as: child support received, interest income, and veteran benefits
• Information of cash; saving and checking account
