Harold Washington: Purple Thursday Resource Fair & Movie Night

Project S.A.F.E. and Student Government Association is hosting a Resource Fair and Movie Night for Purple Thursday. Purple Thursday is a National Day of Awareness held on the third Thursday of October during Domestic Violence Awareness Month (DVAM). People wear purple to show support for survivors of domestic violence. 

Project S.A.F.E. will be facilitating a resource fair with community organizations and HWC Departments Please come from 11am to 1pm to visit our partners and learn more about free on campus and off campus resources.

Cinema & Chill: "Enough" 1:30 – 3:30 pm – Enough is a thriller about a woman fighting to escape her abusive marriage and protect her daughter (contains scenes of domestic violence).
