Join Malcolm X College, in partnership with the Chicago/Midwest Chapter of the National Association of Health Services Executives (NAHSE), during Black History Month for a virtual film screening of Toxic: A Black Woman’s Story.

Toxic highlights the challenges in birth outcomes in Black women, as well as the broader community. The event will include a viewing of the 25-minute film, followed by a panel discussion with five Black women who are health executives and providers, including MXC’s very own Professor Onna Ford Kendrick.

NAHSE is a nonprofit association of Black health care executives who promote the advancement and development of Black health care leaders and work to elevate the quality of health care services rendered to minority and underserved communities.
