In honor of National Transfer Student Week, the City Colleges of Chicago Office of Student Transition (OST) and the PepsiCo Foundation Uplift Scholarship are encouraging students to share their dream transfer plan to prepare for their transition to a four-year university.
When students submit their transfer plan submission, they will be entered into a raffle for an opportunity to win a Transfer Survival Kit!
The kit contains gifts to help students transition to their new transfer destination. In addition to the Transfer Survival Kit, students will receive a Transfer Survival Guide with encouraging words of advice from City Colleges of Chicago leadership, staff, and faculty.
Additionally, five newly admitted PepsiCo Uplift Scholars will receive a special gift at the event to help aid them as they transfer to the four-year of their choice.
