Summer Tech Interns Program at DPI Registration and Information Sessions

Are you a college freshman or sophomore interested in exploring tech careers and gaining hands-on experience this summer? Discovery Partners Institute invites you to apply for Summer Tech Interns, a micro‑internship designed to help you take the next step in your tech journey.

In this 10‑week program, you’ll:

• Build your resume with real-world work experience
• Experience a professional tech environment
• Learn about diverse technical career paths
• Engage in professional networking opportunities
• Discover the vibrant Chicago Tech Ecosystem

To qualify for the DPI Tech Internship students must:

• Be currently a freshman or sophomore in college
• Be 18-24 years old
• Must be attending an Illinois community college/university OR completed high school in Illinois
• Be authorized to work in the U.S. and have a Chicago address to be eligible for payment
• Complete an 10-15 minute interview (Once you submit your application, we will reach out for an interview request)

Whether you’re studying computer science, IT, data analysis, or another tech‑adjacent field, this is your chance to gain valuable professional insight and make industry connections that last.
