The City Colleges of Chicago UndocuAlly Training is designed to provide faculty and staff with information and resources to better assist undocumented students. This is a virtual training and will take place via Zoom.

This 3-hour training session is offered once per semester, focusing on the roles, expectations, and responsibilities of becoming an effective advocate for undocumented students, including state and federal legislation that affects undocumented students, admissions, financial aid guidelines, processes, and student support services.

Participants who attend the entire session will receive and UndocuAlly placard that you will be able to proudly display in your office/cubicle/laptop for students to see.

For questions or concerns, please reach Luvia Moreno, Undocumented Student Services Coordinator at lmoreno113@ccc.edu.

Please note this training is not mandatory for any City College of Chicago employee but it is highly recommended. All CCC employees are welcome to participate regardless of role in your institution. If supervisor approval is required to attend, please make sure to communicate with your supervisor and obtain approval prior to making a commitment.
