Survivor Advocacy Services is hosting a Virtual Legal Clinic this October for Domestic Violence Awareness Month!

Our legal partners, Ascend Justice, the National Immigration Justice Center (NIJC), and Greater Chicago Legal Clinic (GCLC), will be providing free legal consultations to violence-impacted students at City Colleges by appointment only.

(10/21/2025) The Greater Chicago Legal Clinic provides free legal services to underrepresented individuals and families to help with domestic violence, divorce, housing stability, and more. Learn more about GCLC here.

(10/22/2025) The National Immigration Justice Center provides free legal services to immigrants, refugees, and asylum seekers. During this clinic, NIJC will assist survivors of crime and family violence with U-Visa and VAWA Self-Petition and Battered Spouse Waivers. Learn more about NIJC here.

(10/23/2025) Ascend Justice provides free legal services to individuals impacted by gender-based violence or the child welfare system. During the clinic, Ascend Justice will assist survivors of domestic and sexual violence with DCFS cases, divorce, child support, finances, employment, housing, and immigration.
