WCAG 2.1 Accessibility Compliance webinar
Webinar that introduces City Colleges of Chicago’s requirement to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA digital accessibility standards and explains what “accessible” content means across perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust design principles.

It highlights the C.H.I.L.L. framework—Color, Headings, Images, Links, and Lists—as a practical checklist for improving accessibility in course materials, including proper color contrast, semantic headings, descriptive links, alt text for images, and accurate captions for multimedia. The session also outlines tools and support available to faculty, such as Ally in Brightspace, Microsoft Accessibility Review, and assistance from CCC colleagues, to ensure all digital content is inclusive and compliant
