- Your 2020 tax forms (if you filed taxes)
- Your parents’ 2020 tax forms (if you were claimed as a dependent)
- Federal Student Aid (FSA) ID (student and parent(s), if applicable)
- Record of untaxed income, such as child support, interest income, and veteran benefits
- Information of cash; saving and checking accounts
Items you will need to complete the Alternative Application:
- Your 2020 tax and W-2 forms (if applicable)
- Your parents’ 2020 tax and W-2 forms (if you were claimed as a dependent)
- Federal Student Aid (FSA) ID (student and parent(s), if applicable)
- Alien Registration Number
- Record of untaxed income, such as child support
- Information of cash; saving and checking accounts
